Two peptides, two distribution profiles

Wolverine Stack is a single vial containing BPC-157 and TB-500. These are the two most co-published compounds in the connective tissue repair literature, and the reason they are studied together is that they do not do the same thing.

BPC-157 is a gastric-derived pentadecapeptide examined largely for effects at the site it is applied to. TB-500 is a fragment of Thymosin Beta-4 that binds monomeric actin and distributes through the circulation. One is local, one is systemic, and the experimental question is usually whether combining them changes anything.

Why the combination is studied rather than the parts

A blend is a different experimental object from its ingredients. The questions a combined preparation is used to ask include:

  • Whether mechanisms acting on angiogenesis and on cell migration produce additive results, or whether the effect plateaus

  • Whether systemic distribution changes what is observed at a specific experimental lesion

  • Dose relationships between two compounds delivered together rather than sequentially

  • Practical handling — a single reconstitution and a single vial reduce variables in a protocol using both

What is on the label

The vial states the total peptide mass. The constituent breakdown and the batch it came from are recorded on the certificate of analysis published for that batch, which is the authoritative record for what a given vial contains.

Read alongside

Both constituents have their own pages: BPC-157 and TB-500. The KLOW Stack extends the same repair-signalling premise across more mechanisms.

Documentation and verification

Certificates of Analysis are published for tested products and batches. A certificate is a batch-specific record: it reports what was measured, by which method, on a stated date, against a batch identifier. It is evidence about the sample analysed at the time of analysis, and it is silent on attributes it does not list and on what has happened to the material since.

The batch number is the field that connects the document to a physical vial. Where the identifier on a vial does not appear on a certificate, the certificate does not describe that vial, however thorough the analysis behind it was. Batch records can be searched directly, and the guides below explain what each field establishes and what it does not.
