Ipamorelin

Available sizes: 5 mg, 10 mg
Ipamorelin is a five-residue synthetic peptide acting at GHS-R1a. Because that receptor is distinct from the GHRH receptor, the two classes can be stimulated independently — which is the basis of a large part of this field's experimental design.
It came out of a development programme explicitly aimed at selectivity, after the first-generation secretagogues proved too promiscuous to be useful as instruments.
An agonist that also raises cortisol and prolactin makes an experiment hard to interpret: any downstream observation may belong to one of several hormones. Ipamorelin's reported profile — growth hormone release with comparatively little effect on cortisol, prolactin or appetite — is what makes it a cleaner instrument than its predecessors.
Somatotropic axis stimulation without adrenal or lactotroph confounds
Dual-pathway studies alongside GHRH analogues
Ghrelin receptor pharmacology, using a selective agonist as reference
Gastric motility, where GHS-R1a has a separate and well-established role
GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 are the earlier, less selective secretagogues and the direct comparators. CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is the dual-receptor preparation.
Certificates of Analysis are published for tested products and batches. A certificate is a batch-specific record: it reports what was measured, by which method, on a stated date, against a batch identifier. It is evidence about the sample analysed at the time of analysis, and it is silent on attributes it does not list and on what has happened to the material since.
The batch number is the field that connects the document to a physical vial. Where the identifier on a vial does not appear on a certificate, the certificate does not describe that vial, however thorough the analysis behind it was. Batch records can be searched directly, and the guides below explain what each field establishes and what it does not.
