What we sell, and what we do not

What these products are for

Everything Viper Peptides sells is supplied for laboratory research and education. It is not food, not a medicine, not a supplement and not a cosmetic. It does not go into a person or an animal — not as a test, not in a small amount, not under supervision.

That is not a caution. It is the basis on which the sale is made, and an order placed on any other understanding is one we will cancel.

Nothing here is advice

Product pages, research summaries, guides and anything else published on this site are information about compounds, not guidance about what to do with them. None of it is medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, regulatory or professional advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to treat anything.

If a page reads like it is telling you what to do with a compound, read it again — it is describing what has been studied, which is a different claim.

What you are taking on

• That you are competent to receive, store, handle and dispose of research chemicals safely and lawfully — as a researcher, a laboratory, an institution or an individual working to the same standard.
• That you understand laboratory compounds carry risks, including ones nobody has characterised yet.
• That safe handling, storage, transport and lawful use are yours from the moment the parcel is delivered.
• That you will not misuse what you buy, or use it in breach of any law that applies to you.

The law that applies to you is yours to know

Acquiring, holding, storing, handling and using research compounds is governed by local, national and international law, by institutional policy, and by ethical standards that vary between them. Working out which of those apply to you is your responsibility, not ours.

We sell from the United Kingdom and we know the position here. Viper Peptides makes no representation about the legal status of any product anywhere else.

We do not promise a result

A compound's identity and purity are things we can evidence. What it does in your work is not. Viper Peptides makes no representation or warranty about effectiveness, performance or research outcome.

Results move with methodology, handling, storage and experimental design — none of which we control or see. The risk of experimental use sits with you.

Taking it out of the country

Research compounds can fall under export control and trade restriction. If you move a product outside the United Kingdom, ensuring that is lawful under export, re-export and trade control rules is entirely yours to do.

Nothing bought here may be exported or transferred in breach of those rules.

What we are not

Viper Peptides is not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, a licensed medical supplier, a clinical distributor or a healthcare provider. Nothing we sell is a medicine, and nothing we sell is approved for diagnostic, therapeutic or medical use.

We say this plainly because the opposite impression is easy to give and expensive to correct.

What is warranted, and what is not

Where a batch has a published Certificate of Analysis, what that certificate records is what we stand behind. Beyond it, products are supplied as they are, with no further representation or warranty of any kind — express or implied, including quality, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

That exclusion goes as far as the law allows and no further. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.
