Questions and answers
What people actually ask before a first order, roughly in the order they ask it. If yours is not here, email us — technical and order questions get answered on working days, by somebody who can see the stock.
Getting it to you
Before 6pm UK time on a working day, it goes out the next working day. After that — or at a weekend, or on a bank holiday — it becomes the next working day's order and leaves the day after that. There is a live countdown on every product and in your basket, so this is never something you have to calculate.
Two working days on Tracked 48, one on Tracked 24, and before 1pm the next working day on Special Delivery. All Royal Mail, all tracked end to end, and some will want a signature. Those windows are the carrier's, counted from the day we hand it over.
No. Great Britain and Northern Ireland only. Checkout will not take a non-UK delivery address, and we do not run a forwarding or export service — so please do not ask us to post to a freight agent.
A plain box or mailer and a Royal Mail label. No compound names, no branding, nothing on the outside that describes what is in it. The return address carries the trading name because every parcel legally needs one — that is the only thing on the outside that identifies us at all.
You pay now; it ships when the batch lands here. The date we currently expect that stock is on the product page and in your basket before you pay, taken from the purchase order it is arriving on rather than from an estimate. Mixing in-stock and pre-order items in one basket? Checkout asks whether to hold it all together or send the in-stock part straight away. You get an email when the pre-ordered part is ready to go.
Knowing what is in the vial
We commission independent laboratory testing across the range and publish every certificate we hold. It does not yet reach every batch of every compound — we would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise. Each product page shows exactly what documentation exists for the thing you are looking at, including when the answer is none.
Every certificate belongs to one batch, and where that batch has a reference it is printed on the vial label. Type it into the batch check and the document comes up. Where the laboratory issues its own verification key we show that too, so you can check the report against them rather than against us — which is the only version of this that is worth anything. Referencing does not yet cover every product, so a label without a number has nothing to look up.
The product page will say so. It means testing has not been completed or published for that batch — not that a result came back and we sat on it. If the paperwork matters to your work, email before you order: ask which batch you would get and what exists for it, and you will get a straight answer either way.
Two reasons. We keep our own references for stock control, and some published reports are supplier-level analyses carrying the manufacturer's sample reference. Either way a report can name a batch that is not the Viper Peptides code on your label. Where that happens the product page says which number maps to which.
We order listed research peptides against a floor of 99%. That is what we buy to, not a number printed on every vial — where a batch has been tested, its certificate carries the figure the laboratory actually recorded, and that is the one worth relying on.
Once it arrives
Lyophilised vials go to -20 C for anything long term. They are stable at room temperature for the length of a domestic delivery, which is why nothing here ships on ice and why a parcel sitting on a doorstep for an afternoon is not a problem. Once reconstituted: 2-8 C, out of the light, and freeze it once rather than repeatedly.
There is a reconstitution calculator and technical data on the site — concentration, draw volume, U-100 syringe units. That is arithmetic, and arithmetic is all it is. We do not give dosing guidance for people or animals, we do not supply protocols for self-administration, and designing the study is your job rather than ours.
No. Laboratory research and education, nothing else. These are not medicines, no regulator has authorised them for anything, and nothing here goes into a person or an animal under any circumstances.
Paying for it
Yes — 18 or over to hold an account or buy anything. Registration asks for a date of birth and we check the requirement against it, so an account cannot be created where the details show somebody under 18, and it is checked again before an order is created. It is a check against what you tell us: we do not ask for identity documents and we do not verify who you are.
Card — including Apple Pay and Google Pay where the payment page offers them — Pay by Bank powered by Fena, PayPal, and cryptocurrency in USDT. With Pay by Bank you pick your bank and approve the payment inside your own banking app, with no card details typed anywhere. Whichever you choose, the order completes only once we receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, not at the moment you approve it. Not every method is shown on every order.
Viper Peptides is a trading name of Lucid Grove LTD, and payments are taken in the company’s name. A card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank payment shows as Lucid Grove LTD, or Viper where your bank shortens it; a PayPal payment shows as PayPal followed by our name. No product is ever named on a statement, a banking-app notification or a receipt, and a refund appears under the same name.
The methods on offer rotate periodically. It is a deliberate security measure that protects payment details and keeps every option available for future orders, and it is not a sign of a problem with your account. If a method you have used before is not showing, another one will be.
No. You can check out as a guest with an email address, a delivery name and your date of birth, which we need because these products are sold to over-18s only. An account keeps your orders, addresses, certificates and support history in one place, and you can create one afterwards and have the order linked to it.
Quantity discounts apply automatically at checkout where a compound qualifies, and they need no code. For larger procurement, purchase orders or a formal quotation, contact support and we will price it properly rather than pointing you at the catalogue.
Still not answered
Ask us about a specific compound, a batch reference, documentation or a procurement requirement. We answer questions about identity, purity, paperwork and delivery. We do not answer questions about administration, and we will say so rather than change the subject.
