How to pay
How each payment method works, what appears on your statement, and when your order is confirmed. Which methods are shown at checkout can change from order to order.
Card — debit or credit
Pay by card
Pay with a debit or credit card on a secure payment page. Your card is charged once, when the payment is approved, and your order is confirmed as soon as the payment provider confirms it.
Your card details are entered on the payment page and handled by the payment provider. They never reach Viper Peptides, and we never see or store your card number.
How card payment works
You pay on a secure payment page, not in checkout. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a one-time code before it is approved.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Where the payment page offers Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can pay with the card saved in your wallet instead of typing it. It is still a card payment: the card in your wallet is charged, your device confirms it, and your statement shows the same name as any other card payment.
If a payment is declined
A decline comes from your bank, not from Viper Peptides, and no money is taken. You can try again with the same card or a different one, or choose another payment method.

Choose Card as your payment method at checkout. Major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Enter your card on the secure payment page
Continue to the secure payment page and enter your card details there — or use Apple Pay or Google Pay where the page offers them. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach Viper Peptides.

Confirm with your bank if asked
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a one-time code. This is your bank’s own check, and it only happens when your bank requires it.

Pay by Bank — powered by Fena
Pay directly from your bank
Pay by Bank is a one-off payment method that lets you approve your purchase with your own bank through Open Banking.
You authenticate with your bank. You do not enter card details into checkout, and you do not need a Fena account.
How Pay by Bank works
You'll choose your bank, authenticate directly with it, and approve the payment. You don't need to enter card details.

What is Fena?
Fena is the payment technology provider that powers Pay by Bank at Viper Peptides. It helps connect checkout to your chosen bank through Open Banking. It is not a credit product, and you do not need a Fena account.
PayPal
Pay with PayPal
Pay with your PayPal balance, or with a bank account or card linked to your PayPal account. You approve the payment with PayPal, and PayPal confirms it to us.
You log in to PayPal in its own window or app. Viper Peptides never sees your PayPal login, and PayPal does not share the bank or card details you pay with.
How PayPal payment works
You need a PayPal account. Everything about the payment — logging in, choosing what to pay with, any extra check PayPal asks for — happens with PayPal, before you are sent back to Viper Peptides.
If PayPal reviews a payment
Occasionally PayPal holds a payment for its own review before releasing it. Your order completes automatically when PayPal releases the payment, and we email you. There is no need to pay again.

Log in to PayPal in its own window or app and choose how to pay — your PayPal balance, or a bank account or card linked to it. Viper Peptides never sees your PayPal login or the details of what you paid with.

Return to Viper Peptides
PayPal sends you back to Viper Peptides once you have approved the payment.

Wait for confirmation
PayPal confirms the payment to us and your order completes. If PayPal holds a payment for review, the order completes when PayPal releases it, and we email you.
Cryptocurrency — processed by NOWPayments
Pay with USDT on the TRC-20 network
Send USDT from your own wallet or exchange. NOWPayments hosts the payment page and confirms the payment to us.
Only send USDT, and only on the TRC-20 network. USDT sent on any other network, or any other coin, will not reach the payment and may not be recoverable.
How crypto payment works
You pay on a NOWPayments page, not in checkout, and there is nothing to set up beforehand.
If a different amount arrives
If less than the amount shown arrives, the order is not completed and our team will contact you about the balance. Please don’t send a second payment.
What is NOWPayments?
NOWPayments is the cryptocurrency payment processor that hosts the payment page and confirms payments to Viper Peptides. You do not need a NOWPayments account.

Choose Cryptocurrency as your payment method when it is available at checkout.

Open the payment page
Continue to the NOWPayments payment page. It shows the exact amount of USDT to send and the TRC-20 address to send it to.

Send the exact amount
Send that amount of USDT from your wallet or exchange on the TRC-20 network. Any network fee is charged on top by your wallet, so check the full amount arrives.

Wait for confirmation
The network confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Your order completes automatically and we email you — you can close the page.
What appears on your statement
Viper Peptides is a trading name of Lucid Grove LTD (company no. 16705822), and payments are taken in the company’s name. So a line on your statement reads Lucid Grove LTD, or Viper where your bank shortens it — never Viper Peptides, and never a product.
Nothing you bought is written on a statement, a banking-app notification or a PayPal receipt: only our name, the amount and, for Pay by Bank, your order number. A refund appears under the same name.
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Card payments are taken by Lucid Grove LTD, so that is the name on your card or bank statement. Some banks shorten it, so it may show as Viper or LUCID GROVE LTD. Apple Pay and Google Pay charge the card in your wallet and show the same name.
- Pay by Bank
- Your banking app shows the payee as Lucid Grove LTD, with your order number as the payment reference, and the payment appears on your bank statement the same way.
- PayPal
- Your PayPal activity shows the payment to Lucid Grove LTD. If PayPal draws the money from a bank account or card, that statement shows PayPal followed by our name, which PayPal may shorten to Viper.
- Cryptocurrency
- A cryptocurrency payment is a transaction on the network to the address shown on the payment page. Nothing appears on a bank or card statement.
Paying is not the final order status
Your order is only completed after Viper Peptides receives confirmation that the payment was successful. If payment is not confirmed, no completed order is created.
