Customer Reviews
These reviews are about our service and delivery — how ordering went, how well we communicated, how quickly the parcel was dispatched, how it was packaged and how it arrived. Each one was left by a customer who placed an order with us.
We do not publish customer accounts of product use, results or effects.

How feedback is collected
We email one invitation per delivered order, so every review here belongs to a real purchase and no customer is asked twice for the same one. Feedback is moderated before publication for privacy, medical and product-use content, and criticism is published alongside praise.
Something wrong with an order? Contact our support team — we would rather fix it than read about it later.
